Mandatory Video Recording

For products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, recording a video while opening the delivered package is mandatory. This video will serve as evidence in case of any discrepancies and will help expedite the return process.

Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
